380 Management Inc. Founder, Christie Aida has 25 years of experience as an Owner's Representative & Construction Manager.

Christie has overseen over $450 million worth of affordable, residential, and commercial construction projects throughout her career.

 

She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Green Building credentials such as a LEED AP BD +C, and construction safety certifications, (such as OSHA scaffold training and OSHA 10-hour site safety training).

 

She worked over 10 years in the field as a PM for General Contractors on numerous job sites.  

 

She served as an elected board member for a SF community benefit district, (NOMTL CBD) and serves on multiple community boards.  She is a a mentor for fellow BIPOC/POC individuals entering technical CM roles and the trades.
